Mooi Online has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Mooi Online is obliged on the basis of the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. Mooi Online uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and\/or stored. <\/p>\n

Web Hosting
<\/strong>Mooi Online <\/em>
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Mooi Online. Mooi Online processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Mooi Online has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Mooi Online is bound to secrecy under the agreement. <\/p>\n

Email and mailing lists
<\/strong>Active Campaign <\/em>
Our website uses Active Campaign, a third party vendor that handles the email traffic coming from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Active Campaign’s servers. Active Campaign will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the “unsubscribe” link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal information is stored securely by Mooi Online. Active Campaign uses cookies and other Internet technologies to understand whether emails are opened and read. Active Campaign reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, share information with third parties. <\/p>\n

Mooi Online <\/em>
We use the services of Mooi Online for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Mooi Online does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially. <\/p>\n

Purpose of data processing <\/strong>
General purpose of processing <\/em>
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data – other than at your request – to contact you at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. We will retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a forgetting request. We are required by applicable administrative requirements to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for the duration of the applicable term. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment. <\/p>\n

We keep records of processed requests, in the case of a forgetting request we administer anonymized data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the machine-readable data format we use within our systems. You always have the right to restrict the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or is traceable to it. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you cancel the restriction. <\/p>\n

Right to portability <\/em>
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, at the e-mail address known to us, copies or transcripts of all data about you that we have processed or have processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, because the secure interconnection of data files can then no longer be guaranteed. <\/p>\n

Right to object and other rights <\/em>
You have the right, where appropriate, to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Mooi Online. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will make copies and\/or copies of data that we process (or have processed) available to you and then cease processing permanently.
